In Kathy Knapp’s house, paper doesn’t end up in the landfill - not even the tiniest piece.
Instead of pitching it, Knapp turns paper into works of art. That’s origami.
“If it’s paper, it gets folded or saved to be folded later,” Knapp said, chuckling. “If you turn a potato chip bag inside out, it makes a beautiful silver crane.”
